For the most tender Tandoori Lamb Raan you have ever had go to Bukhara Restaurant in the Sheraton in Delhi. It is a little touristy and they will rush you in and out but this dish is amazing. Also the Dahl is fantastic, it has got to be 90% fat, but it is so good. They also make the biggest Naan bread you have ever seen. Go with a group and be prepared to enter a food coma. You have to eat with your fingers if you really want to enjoy.
