Beaches in Nellore

Maipadu and Mutthukuru are the only harbours in Nellore. The adjoining beaches are a cheap and cool way to get away from the hot sun during the extended summer. Nellore residents are generally risk averse. Nellore has atleast 100 KM of coastline yet does not have any water sports activities.

Kotha Koduru is one the beaches available. It s nearly 20 KM from Nellore city. And a old velakani church is there. APSRTC is running some busses from Nellore to that beach, especially on sunday more people will come to beach.

Thupilipalyem beach is one of the fantistic beaches in nellore, there the facility of guest house and boating facility is avialible. its just 12 kms from vakadu. The guest house contains two bed rooms and attached bathrooms. This beach is full of trees and lots of greenery cabe seen and the bridge constructed by magunta farms is amazing.

APSRTC IS RUNNING REGULAR BUSES FROM KOTA.

Katepalli Beach - Superb place to visit, about 20 kms from Nellore.  I think very less people know about this beach.
