Buchari at Uma Paro

Without question the best restaurant in Bhutan is Buchari at the Uma Raro resort in Paro. It is however much more expensive than anything else you will find in the country. The chef is from Australia and they import almost all of their food. It is the kind of a place to visit to treat yourself after dining at the pretty poor quality restaurants you will find in Bhutan.
