Internet Cafes
Edit ThisInternet cafes are EVERYWHERE in South Korea. Any time you see a sign that says "PC" on a building, there is most likely a PC room.
They are generally very cheap, about 1000 won ($1, give or take) per hour, with fast connections on new computers, open 24 hours. The only trick is that they're usually on the upper floors or basements of buildings, so it sometimes takes a little faith to go looking for till you get used to the locations.
No matter where you are, look around and you're probably not more than a block from a PC room.
