Seoul Backpacker’s Hostel

Great friendly hostel located within a short walking distance of some royal palaces and the popular Insadong shopping area. They also offer various cultural activities, discount tours, and have communal kitchens, free continental breakfast, free internet, and English/Japanese speaking staff members. It is only 10 minutes walk from the Anguk-dong bus stop on Airport bus 602-1 from Seoul's airport and 10 minutes walk to the Anguk subway station. They also keep half a dozen dogs out back and in the lobby area which are the hostel's first welcoming face for guests. Single rooms are 27,000 Won and you can stay in a “dormitory” style room for only 17,000. They provide a refund on the airport bus if you stay more than 5 days, and also provide free luggage storage long after you check out if you need.
