The Dragon Temple
Edit This
If you see only 2 temples in Korea, make this one of them, the other is Golgusa Temple. This temple is unique as it is literally right on the ocean. It is reccomended that any visit is between Monday and Friday, locals turn out in mass over the weekend.
Take Bus 8 from Haeundae Subway. The driver will advise where to get off. From the bus stop it is approximately a 1km walk to the temple. On entry there is a number of food stalls and souvenir shops.
The temple is stretched out along the rocky beach and cliffs. There is a good representation of the various deities and temples across Korea.
