Beaches

the Ryukyu islands are well-known for their clear water, beautiful coral reefs, and picturesque beaches; all of which are conducive to many outdoor sports and activities.  Some of the best snorkeling beaches can be found on the west Coast. The best way to reach most of these destinations is route 58. Some of the more popular spots are Meada point, Onna point and Zanpa bay. The Sunabe sea wall is very popular for all different types of waters sports. This popular spot can be accesed right off route 58, right after Chatan village.
