Miko-an

At Mikoan, they make natural vegetarian but still traditional Japanese dishes right there in front of you.  The staff/owner doesn't speak English but they will ask you to decide between the 700 yen curry plate and the 1000 yen set menu.  I went twice and I would recommend either one.  The also have an appitezer menu so if you can read Japanese or know what you want you can order off of that.  The gyoza was tasty.  They don't serve Coca-Cola since it's a natural resturant, but they do have Guinness on more..
