The months of November and February are a good time as the humidity goes away and the temperatures drop and are quite comfortable. If there is a specific attraction you want to see, then make sure you determine when it is open or closed. Many times historic buildings may be under renovation. Making sure you have access when you will be in town is very important. Also realize that in China Saturday is a workday but some things may be closed.
