The Zhong Shan International Restaurant located at Jiefang Lu is known for serving the best dim sums in the city. The restaurant is open 24 hour and specializes in dishes such as dim sum, fried squid and shrimp dumplings. You should try the XO turnip cake while you are at this restaurant. The restaurant also serves Indian and Russian dishes. All dishes are reasonable priced to give you total satisfaction when you dine here.
Maiguangfan Prince Restaurant
The Maiguangfan Prince Restaurant is located in the Shiqi District of Zhong Shan. The restaurant serves Cantonese, French, Japanese and other international dishes including traditional Chinese food. Popular dishes such as hargao, crispy squid, shaomai, spring rolls and dim sum with oysters filling are hot favorites at this place. Shi Qi Lao

You might also want to try the Malatang dish, which is a soup based dish with several ingredients. You can choose what you want to eat and top it off with chili sauce. You might want to watch out that you do not use too much chili sauce.
