Garden of the Master of the Nets
Edit ThisIt's the smallest of the gardens, but probably the most popular.
Proof? It was used as a model for the Ming Hall at the
Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York City, USA).
The garden takes it name from its previous resident, a retired
government official who was said to have declared that he'd rather be a
fisherman.

Tiger Hill (Hu Qiu)
Edit ThisTiger Hill Pagoda
Pisa in Italy has a leaning tower, and Suzhou has a leaning pagoda. Set
aloft a small hill, the tilt of the pagoda was "corrected", and is an
unusual sight.

Spend a great day in Suzhou!
Edit ThisStart the day off with brunch at the Sheraton Hotel downtown. Then walk out of the hotel to the rear and visit the Panmen Gate Park. It is a great afternoon and a wonderful way to walk off all the calories from the brunch!
