Here is a 7-day Itinerary suggestion for you.
Day 1 – Experience the Waterfront
What better way to enjoy your first day than to experience the Kowloon waterfront. You must not miss the view this place has to offer for most travelers consider it a wonderful spectacle of Hong Kong’s shore and skyline. Be sure to take photos while you walk.
Day 2 – Visit the Temple

Day 3 – Learn Their History

Shake up some muscles and stretch with this Asian exercise. Tai Chi is popular for the physical and psychological reliefs it’s given people. Take a free lesson when you get to visit the Avenue of the Stars. The lessons, though, are scheduled Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8 and 9 in the morning.
Day 6 – Try Some Seafood and Watch A Light Show
Give this day your best shot by doing 2 grand activities you’ll remember the most. Go to the Temple Street and experience Kowloon’s famous seafood and other street food choices while watching the world go by. When the night comes, see the Symphony of Lights at 8 p.m. atop harbor buildings.

Whether you are buying on a restricted budget or not, Kowloon is the place to be. Shopping malls offer the best prices for almost all items and they are practically everywhere. Go to Harbour City or Elements for some good buys. Also, remember not to miss your flight.
