Zonguldak is located 200km East of Istanbul on Black Sea coast line. The city qas founded around 1200BC by Frigs. Ionians lived 700-600 BC, Pers betweeen 555-333 BC the city was also ruled by Alexsander the Great, Romans, Byzantines, Seljuk Turks and the city concurred by the Ottomans at 14 century.
