Something else to look out for during the month of October is the Kurban Bayrami, which is an important Islamic religious festival. You want to prepare for it ahead of time because the entire country shuts down for 4 to 5 days.

Months to Avoid

When you are making travel plans to go to Side, you want to avoid all of the summer months. The biggest reason that you want to avoid the summer months is that Side becomes very crowded especially on the weekends. With the huge crowds, trying to get into attractions, sightseeing will be rather difficult.
