These are called Kumpir and are ubiquitous throughout Istanbul, especially on Istiklal Caddesi. You choose the fillings that go into a large potato that's had its insides stuffed with butter and cheese. It costs around $2.50-3 for a huge potato filled to overflowing with all kinds of salad, olives and chillie sauce with lashings of butter and salt. You can choose whatever you want or you can let the guys choose for you.
