Fethiye can be accessed from any major highway so traveling by car is a breeze. The cars can be rented at the airport before you leave or in Fethiye city itself. Your hotel will allow you to rent a car directly through them or you can even you can go to their office in the downtown area. They will even deliver the car to your address or your hotel. If you need a pickup for the airport they will also offer this service. The cars, of course, change in price according to style but the range is basically from 35 Euros to 90 Euros.
