Most of the places you have featured are in the rather cliched touristic part of town... for the best food try the coast road to Lara which leads out of Antalya to the East.Here you will find REAL taste  whether it is the delicious kebabs of Konyalilar ,the fish of Antalya balıkevi or the mediterranean style of Manzara (the best view in Antalya) and many more.
