Al Noukhaza

Al Noukhaza Restaurant is situated in the Kuwait Crowne Plaza Hotel and is exclusively a fish resaurant. It's name is the Arabic transliteration of the word for ship's pilot or helmsman. The decor is polished wood and the style is akin to that of an old sailing 'boom' though of a distinctly luxurious variety. The standard of cuisine has happily been maintained since its opening some years ago.
