Triple-arched gateway

This triple arched gateway is a great Kodak opportunity.Hadrian Arch dates back to 116 BC. It was built to commomorate a visit by emperor Hadrian to Jerash. Ushering in a time of prosperity into the city, Known as Gerasa at that time.

Temple of Artemis

Artemis was the Goddess of chastity, protectress of nature and children.Often seen in the forests and lakes in the company of Nymphs. The temple was built on an area covering 34,000 m square, overlooking the city.

Dates back to the 2nd century Ad.
