Located in Irbid across from the University.  Shara al Jamma to be more specific.  The circle.  Next to Quick Burger.

There are several nice ones in Irbid.  I am an American and found out while there that Irbid is the proud holder of the Guiness Book of World records for Internet Cafes.  75 in all..  Most of them can be found on University street.

Rash Rash is another nice one.
