Beaches in Paphos
Edit ThisPaphos beaches in the south coast seem quite different from those in the west. In the south they invariably have wave breakers and thus have been relatively tamed while those in the west are characterised by rougher seas. From all these beaches I would recommend Coral beach in the west as being a good all round package, well organised, wide sandy and not so rough. Kotchas is very interesting as a rougher setting and a good spot to sun bathe.
The coast of Akamas peninsula in the north west is a lot more interesting.
For in depth information on Paphos beaches, as well as other naturespots such as walking trails, dams and wetlands, etc I would invite you to explore www.natureofcyprus.org .
