Hotel Varakshan

This is a nice middle of the road hotel, between the Old Inturist and the Zarafshan. Rooms will cost between 10 and 20 US dollars a night. Unlike most places in Bukhara, the prices are posted in English behind the counter. The counter help here usually speaks some English and the hotel is considered very safe. You can count on clean rooms and hot water.
