Hotel Bukhara - New Inturist Hotel

15 minute walk from the center. Don't book this hotel unless you are travelling with a large group. It is the nicest and the cleanest of the government controlled hotels, but also over-priced. The service is terrible as is the selection at the bar. The hotel is the location of the locals favorite disco, offers an immaculate gym (no aerobic facilities) and a very expensive restaurant. You can get the same food at other restaurants in the city and pay one fifth of the price.
