There is an public internet cafe in the one telecommunications office in Kyzylorda. Primarily Russian keyboards, but one English keyboard is available.

There is one more internet cafe, which is open almost always. The prices are higher than in KazakhTelecom, but you will never find it busy, so come there any time. Besides the speed is fair enough to browse internet without getting sleepy:)
