The country's main ariport, Tunis-Carthage, is located outside the capital city of Tunis and is served by airlines hailing from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Connections can be made at Tunis-Cathage to secondary airports within the country, but these are only served by the national airline and some private charter flyers.
