Eating Out in Stone Town
Edit ThisBuni Cafe
Edit ThisFor a fast lunch or dinner while enjoying a tour of stone town, you have to go to Buni Cafe. Great food, amazing cakes, arguably the best smoothies and fresh juices in town since they are all made from fresh fruit from scratch. A wonderful view of the hectic life in stone town when you sit on the outside patio. Located next to the forodhani gardens, at the orphanage building.

Forodhani Gardens

A must-try experience for any visitor to Stone Town, Zanzibar.
As dusk falls, the orange-red sun plunges into the sea at an astounding speed, silhouetting the returning dhows and lighting up the faces of children playing in the shallows on the beach and of locals out for their daily stretch-and-tone. But best of all, the food stalls at Forodhani Gardens start to lay out the evening's delicacies.
From "Zanzibari Pizza" - a pancake cooked and folded on a hot plate in front of you, containing piles of fresh vegetables, spices and meat - to the most more..
