Moshi Travel Guide

Moshi is a busy little town set on the edge of the plains where they start to climb towards the huge Mt. Kilimanjaro massif. On this southern side, the mountain remains shrouded in cloud for most of the day, the snows being visible only early morning and late evening if you are lucky .. Moshi means "smoke" in Swahili language. Between Moshi and Arusha is Kilimanjaro International Airport.
