Saaxil (Sahel) is a region in Somaliland, and one of the six regions of the Republic of Somaliland.
The Regional capital is Berbera.
It is bordered by Gulf of Aden and the Somaliland regions of Woqooyi Galbeed, Sanaag, Togdheer and Awdal.
