There are many internet cafes where you pay by the hour, just look for the signs posted outside. One centrally located cafe that is well known, is Blues Cafe just next door to the UTC going up the hill; just ask if you can't find it. The Post office next too Novotel, in the Kayciru neighborhood also has internet by the hour.
