Royal Garden Restaurant

This Chinese restaurant is probably the cheapest in Kigali, offering Chinese and Indian dishes. It is also the only Chinese restaurant downtown (in 2011) and does delivery at lunch if you are stuck at the office. Although the chef is Chinese, this place is often empty.
