Tigo and MTN

If you planning on spending any length of time in Rwanda and have a laptop or iPhone consider buying a SIM card from MTN (you need a cell phone for this method to work) or a USB modem stick from Tigo. Both will allow you to use 3G anywhere in the country, and is roaming is quite cheap once you get set up. Both MTN and Tigo are located downtown Kigali, and will answer any questions you have.
