Kano is located in the northern portion of Nigeria . It is capital of Kano state. It has districts including the old city which still has structures made of clay.Kano has many   historical lines to many of the tribes of the Sahara . The Central Hotel Kano and the Tahir Guest Palace are two accommodations to be found in this city and are in its center. It also has a thriviing industrial city center. It is the third largest city in Nigeria and is mostly Muslim. It is a good place to visit for sight seeing, a good place to visit is the walls of the Old City , and the kurmi market. Kano is a very crowded and is an interesting city to visit.
