Summer in Tangiers
Summer in Tangiers begins from June to August. It is during these months that temperatures rise to as high as 82 degrees Fahrenheit. These are also very dry months. July and August is the peak season for tourists. If you want an uncrowded and relaxed vacation, avoid these months. The crowd and the sweltering heat can be unbearable. The best time to visit is early summer and late spring. During these seasons, you enjoy a pleasant temperature in the day and refreshing, cool nights. During your stay, you can visit the famous Grand Socco or large market, the Kasbah and the cave of Hercules.
Winter Season
During this season, temperatures are colder and could even drop to zero. This is not a nice time to visit. Although some tourists prefer to visit during this season, it is not advisable because of unpleasant weather conditions like freezing temperatures. The best months to visit is March and May and from September to November. During these months, you can enjoy the attractions of the city without the crowds.
