The High Atlas mountains provide some of the most impressive mountain walking anywhere, and impressive opportunities for trekking& exploring & also a home to Jbel Toubkal, the highest summit in North Africa.

With miles of well maintained mule tracks, thematic trekking itineraries of varied duration, and certified, multi-lingual mountain guides and mules available, you are certain to have a trek salama (safe and peaceful journey) wherever your excursion takes you within Toubkal National Park. Set out from Tassa Ouirgane over the pass to Imlil (possible in one day or with an overnight break halfway at a gite in Tizi Oussem). From there, you can stage your ascent of North Africa's highest peak, Jbel Toubkal at 4165 m, in just another two days. Or custom craft your own trek based on your personal interests. For alpinists and outdoor enthusiasts interested in walking, cycling/mountain biking, climbing and trekking, the sky is truly the limit. Unless, of course, you bring your own hot air balloon!
