I am sorry for those who come from fes using a taxi or  a van with a driver.No chance is given to them to visit Meknès as it should be , the driver will take them just to the silos ,the lake ,the mausoleum and one of the shops (tourist trap) next to the mosq .All this tour takes 1 hour .Knowing that the best is inside the medina ,and the drivers cannot take them because they can be arrested as illegal guides .in the Meknes medina you find :The beautiful medersa Bou Inania (XIVth) .The Berber pottery museum,The Meknès museum,and the Dar Jamaî museum. The JOUTIA a Berber auction market ,the damassine artisans (the only ones in Morocco).the Caftans tailors street,the flee market ,the souks,the silk markets,the cedar wood curvers ,..........................................................................................

but i want end saying :Thanks to those drivers because Meknes  ignores the tourists and opens its gates and heart to the smart VISITORS .
