Accommodation in El Jadida

Edit This

Travelers from Casablanca find El Jadida Hotels too cozy and charming to miss in your trip to El Jadida. The beach is the ultimate destination for Moroccans and tourists. El Jadida is proud of its seaside village, the Medina, which has unique Portuguese walls. After a tiring walk, relax and have a peaceful sleep at one of El Jadida’s Hotels.

Nice Location

Ibis Moussafir El Jadida Hotel is a nice beachfront hotel and just ten minutes away from the tourist sites in the city. The rooms are clean and cozy with a nice satellite TV and great Wi-Fi connection. Many cafés are just outside the hotel. You can spend the afternoon with a quick stroll on the beach or relax on the outdoor pool. The staff is friendly and multilingual. A safe deposit box is available at the front desk if ever you need one. The bar is open 24-hours and breakfast is fantastic. This is highly recommended for people who want a hotel right on the beach. Pay only an average rate of $50 per night.

Home Away from Home

Riad Soleil d’Orient lives up to its name as the best riad in El Jadida. The service is personalized and the owners are very hospitable and friendly. The hotel is not easy to find but the hotel staff and the owner will offer to pick you up. The rooms have a mixture of French and Moroccan decorations, with spacious space and charming. Wireless Internet access, direct-dial phone, satellite TV are just the basic services the hotel offers. The owner is a good chef who cooks marvelous and tasty meals. The hotel is a top choice among El Jadida hotels for great homemade food and hospitality.  Expect to pay $100 to $125 per night.

Golfer’s Paradise

The Pullman Royal Golf & Spa Hotel is right in the heart of a beautiful golf course in Morocco. Each room has a balcony or terrace with an excellent view of the ocean and is equipped with the latest satellite TV, a mini-bar, safe, and telephone. Food is fantastic in any of the three restaurants which serve international cuisine and Mediterranean specialties. You can have a relaxing jazzy evening at the piano bar. Children can go horse riding at a nearby equestrian club or a family can choose to play a game of tennis. Overnight room rates starts from $175.

Hotel de Provence, 42 Avenue Fqih Mohammed Errafi (03/34 23 47), is a clean, central hotel with a lovely garden where breakfast is served. There is also covered parking.

Hotel de France/Hotel Maghreb, 12 rue Lescoul (03/ 34 21 81) is an old hotel with large rooms, some of have views to the sea. Showers are on each floor. Upon my visit, this hotel was less than appealing.

Hotel Doukkala, Avenue Al Jamia Al Arabi (03/34 37 37) is worth checking out off-season. It’s a larger, more expensive hotel on the beach, south of town.

Camping Caravaning International, Avenue des Nations Unies (03/34 27 55) is twenty minutes from town but is quite popular.
