But it is a very long road from Nouakchott to Mali, and this may very well be one of your stops. You're a hot 800 kilometers from the capital here, so it may be time for a bath again. Onwards from here your next stop is probably Nema (350 km), a good base for exploring some more desert or going to Mali.
