Getting There in Cape Verde

Edit This
There are two international airports on Cape Verde: on Sal and at Praia on Santiago.

Flights from Africa: Cape Verde’s national air company TACV flies from Dakar, Banjul and Bissau to Praia. Also Air Senegal flies from Dakar to Praia. The Angolan company TAAG flies from Luanda and Saõ Tome to Sal. There seem to be no flights from South Africa at present.

Flights from Europe: TACV flies from Lisbon, Paris, Amsterdam and Madrid to Sal, seasonally also from Munich and Rome. TACV also flies to Praia from Lisbon and Paris. There is also a weekly flight from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. TAP flies from Lisbon to both Praia and Sal. In addition to these regular flights, there are charter flights to Sal from some European cities.

Flights from America: TACV has flights from USA (Boston) and Brazil (Fortaleza).
