Top 5 Must Do's in Luanda

Several monuments and artifacts are there bearing testimony to its Portugal influence. Famous and best preserved among the monuments is a white fort called Fortaleza de São Miguel. Standing as a symbol of colonial power in Angola this fort has been built by the Portuguese colonialists in the 17th century. Now, after the independence, this building situated in Luanda has been transformed to a museum. Constructed in the 17th century, Church Ingreza Nossa Senhora dos Remedios de Praia is another heritage building, picturesque with its colorful glass towers and steel domes.
