Things to do in Skikda

I've been visiting the city Skikda from 19 octobre / 26 octobre 2007. I've been there at an Internetcafé (modern) but I don't know the name of it. It's in the Centre Ville in a very narrow street. It's the first street east from the allee 20 aout 55 just passed the monument of independance.
