Annaba Hotel Deals
Accommodation in Annaba
Edit This
Annaba was founded by the Phoenicians in the 12th century because of its harbor. Today, it remains the busiest port in Algeria. A visit to Annaba should definitely include a visit to the Lions and Caryatides Building. This French construction was erected between 1880 and 1930. This building’s beautiful columns and sculptors are still in great condition. While in Annaba, don’t miss out on the excellent local fare served by street vendors on the Cours de la Revolution. For accommodations try the Seybouse Hotel. It is in this same location as the Cours de la Revolution and is a five star hotel. It stands tall against the hills of the city. The Hotel Simbad is a newer property and is located on the west side of Annaba. The prices at Simbad range from $40 to $80. For a seaside hotel that has old world charm, the lesser rated Hotel Tassili is in the same price range.
