Conditions that apply to the travel grants

Here is a full list of conditions that apply to World66 travel grants applications.

  • By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the World66 staff which shall be final and binding in all respects.
  • Applications for a Travel Grant should be done through the website of World66.com. The Application Form should be submitted before 31 December 2005 23:59 - CET.
  • World66.com will notify the winners of a Travel Grant via e-mail before 31 january 2006 23:59 CET. World66.com will also publish the names of the winners on its website www.world66.com between 31 january 2006 and 28 February 2006 on a page accesible via the front page.
  • Winners who have not received e-mail notification should contact World66.com via e-mail.
  • Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except with permission of World66.com.
  • World66.com will send selected applications an e-mail detailing the individual conditions that apply to the travel grant.
  • Winners should respond to to the conditions to claim the Travel Grant before 30 October.
  • Travel grant winners should notify World66.com staff via e-mail when they have fulfilled these obligations. World66.com will transfer the money via Paypal if the requirements are met.
  • World66.com reserves the right to decide that a specific plan is awarded an amount lower than 1000 dollar.
  • Contestants agree to World66.com’s use of their names and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • World66.com, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the contest, refuse to award a Travel Grant, and require the return of the Travel Grant, if entrant engages in any conduct World66.com deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of World66.com. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, violating copyright held by others when entering information on World66.com and entering information that is factually incorrect (poisoning).
  • Entrant further acknowledges that the forfeiture of Travel Grants and/or return thereof shall in no way prevent World66.com from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.
  • World66.com reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest.
